Great-grandson of civilian doctor who was convicted by a military tribunal for his alleged role in the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln lacked standing to seek reversal of the conviction pursuant to statute authorizing correction of a military record to correct an error or an injustice; great-grandson’s interest in correcting the military record relating to his great-grandfather’s conviction was not within the “zone of interests” protected by the statute which plainly contemplates that only a member of the armed forces or his heir or legal representative may seek to alter a military record.
